DessertWerks got its start as a wholesale bakery focusing on white table cloth restaurants, high-end hotels, resorts, and country clubs. This has remained our primary focus throughout the years and still holds true today. This year we celebrate 25 years of success! We know what your customers like when it comes to gourmet desserts.
Our 10,000 square foot bakery is just the right size. We have enough capacity to ensure consistent quality and on time order delivery, while remaining a niche gourmet dessert manufacturer. All of our items are frozen and packaged for food service distribution and consumption.
We work with food service distributors in the Midwest and directly deliver in the Chicago area.
